...cooking Estafado
Last night I cooked a yummy dinner. I got the recipe from one of my all time favourite blogs, Bleubird Vintage. It's called Estafado and it's a kind of stew-just perfect for warming you up on these crisp Autumn evenings. I followed the lovely James' method, only I swapped the beef for sausage meatballs. It was delicious!
